Employee Background Verification - Urgent

Dear All,

I have 12 years of experience and recently i got an offer in a MNC. But for background verification, I do not have any issue with educational qualification, experience. But, with respect to criminal check, there are few cases in my name (family financial issues....credit card issue delay payment) they put the case in my name.

It is a good offer. I am not sure what will happen.

The company released the offer letter.

I did not receive my salary on time in my previous company and because of that, I was not able to make the payment on time.....

We are love married and because of that, my father put a case against me and later he withdrawn the case....and I am not sure is there any more case since i did not receive any letter from any one.

I got loan from many finance (3rd party) and paid. But still some amount to be settled. That is personal. But, I wanted whether these things will play with the offer? :(

Dear Khanna,
Truth prevails and also wins in the long run. Bare all to the new employer if this is what is all. No one is blemish less if at all it is blemish. The employer will trust you more.
If the facts are found out they need not and may not disturb your employment but your reputation will be dented. Better you yourself open it.
