Earned Leave [Thread 502882]

Dear All,
Please help me out with this query :
if someone taken 5 days EL ( 11 aug to 15 aug) , 5th day is gazetted holiday ( 15 Aug) then will we need to give one leave extra or we can mention 11-15 aug as leave duration. Will that be a point in audit.
Kindly suggest.

Hi,
15 Aug will not be consider leave, no need to deduct salary as well give extra leave.but they will get salary for 15 th Aug.
Total leaves will be 4.
