I just wanted to know that what all the forms / registers need to be maintained by commercial establishment covered under Shops & establishment?
I know one form D which we need to maintain on monthly basis. Kindly guide

Establishment address, no. of men / women employed, category of workers, their salary etc.
Secondly I wanted to know whether all such registers establishment need to maintain?

I AM OT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND. CAN SOME ONE EXPLAIN THE COLUMNS IN THE FORM D.. D WE HAVE TO MAINTAIN EACH LINE FOR EACH EMPLOYEES. THE FORM IS LITTLE CONFUSING.
CAN SOME ONE EXPLAIN THE 1 TO 10 COLUMNS PL.
