Dear George,
For seniors, I recommend the following programs:
a)
Performance Management System: Your company officials need to have a thorough understanding of the KPIs for their businesses. Yes, there are measures, but these could be superficial. We need to have business-specific measures. To know more about PMS, you may click [here](#post2152684). For my latest views on the subject, you may check the following link: [Setting up PMS in an organization](https://www.citehr.com/497199-setting-up-pms-organization.html#post2158654).
b)
Mentoring: You can establish a "Formal Mentoring Program" in your company. Let seniors' expertise and experience be utilized for developing the juniors. However, to do this in an organized manner, you need to have a formal mentoring program well in place.
c)
Conflict Handling Skills: Conflict in many companies is considered taboo. However, in mature organizations, managers need to know how to substitute positive conflict in place of negative conflict. This is much easier said than done. You cannot do this without training.
d)
Decision-making Skills: The quality of decisions separates one person from another. Managers need to be trained on how to make decisions systematically.
e)
Strategic Leadership: Going beyond the routine Ops activities, managers need to be trained on the usage of strategic planning tools. They should know where the enterprise is going. For this, they should be well-versed in the usage of strategic planning tools.
There are many such programs. I conduct the above training programs. If you wish to hire my services, you may do so. I have attached my profile to this post.
Thanks,
