In theory parts start with the factory act 1948, state shops act organization's standing order, vision n mission of the organization, history of organization.
Include the HR parts afterwords, trainings (induction n regular), attendance software (data), payrolls, policy on contractual workers. Include organization's all policies. Evacuation procedures, welfare activities n all.
