Salary Break Up Structure - Xls Download

Hi Everyone,
Currently my company want a salary break up, which includes following parts of gross salary
Basic Salary
DA
HRA
Conveyance Allowance
Medical Allowance
Other Allowance
Kindly provide me the guidelines for percentage fixing for the above breakup. I need a salary break up ranging upon the gross salary like 6000-10000, 10000-15000, upto 1 lakh.

Neha,
Basic 50% on CTC
HRA 40% on Basic
Conv 800
Medical 1250
Children Allow 200

But i also want DA %age.In my company,education allowance is not there as if now. Please give a break up structure of 10,000 and 20000 gross salary, which include Basic, DA, MA, CA and Misc.Allowance
