I want to close the provident fund establishment code no. because only 7 employees are working in our company. Please advise me on what documents are needed for the same.

You cannot close the EPF code No because even if the number of employed persons falls below 10/20, the EPF will continue to apply. Read sec 1(5) of the Act.
