Need To Open Inboumd Domestic Call Centre

Hi anyone please can guide me as how to get project of domestic call centre from any firm.I need to open my own call centre in Kolkata with 10 sitter but I have no idea on the project and investment. I need full advise and guidance on how to set up a profitable call centre business in Kolkata.
