- Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions.
- Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.
- Responsible for HR, IR, and administration for the entire organization.

Training

- Design, develop, and implement manager and staff development programs that support the organization's succession plan.
- Plan and monitor the training budget.
- Design management development training programs and liaise with outside consultants.
- Identify critical employee training needs across the company, design the annual training calendar, supervise its execution, and monitor the effectiveness of training.
