For ages, recruiters have banked on campus recruitment to attract fresh and "mouldable" talent. However, not all recruiters are successful in getting the most out of this. We are a startup company and we are planning to try our hands in campus recruitment in the near future. I'd be glad if someone could brief me on the do's and don'ts of campus recruitment from a recruiter's perspective.
Furthermore, I'd be thankful if you guys could give me an outline of the entire modus operandi!
