Which Is Better? Is XLRI Distance Learning MBA Courses

Need your guidance. I am having 8 yrs of experience in HR but due to PG Diploma in HR my profile is not considered. Need your suggestion for Which is better? Is XLRI Distance Learning MBA Courses worth to be considered for adding value in career. Need your advise

Thanks for your view...but need your suggestion that if I enroll for XLRI Distance Learning MBA Courses will it add any value. I understand that master (full time) from XLRI definitely carries a weight age in the resume but I am planning distance education/ satellite program from XLRI.
Currently I am planning to pursue additional degree program related to HR but thro\' distance learning/ satellite type of program which can add value to my resume and can help me to get a good job placement.
If someone can recommend with some good institute apart from XLRI whose distance learning/ satellite program can add value to my resume.
