I am working in a media company..started on march 24.my boss wants me to frame policies for our organisation..specially feedback policies and that to top to bottom feedback..can anyone help me with the same

recently i redefined the whole policies of larger IT Companies. The existing was developed by their own HR's. But it continued to several contraries & controversies. I redefined by referring several laws, judgments, industrial protocols & researches. It took fortnight to conclude it. So developing policy is a very big & key important development, to be done with consultation of your in-house counsel or panel advocate.
