Subject: Request to Not Deduct 2-Day Salary as Punishment

Dear Management, I am writing to address the issue of the recent deduction of my 2-day salary as a form of punishment, despite having received memos. I want to emphasize that I played no role in the situation that led to this disciplinary action.

I kindly request that you reconsider the decision to deduct my salary, taking into account my years of experience, hard work, dedication, and devotion to my work within the company.

I believe that my track record and commitment demonstrate my loyalty to the organization and its values. Therefore, I respectfully ask that you review this matter and refrain from enforcing the salary deduction.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Sincerely,

Imran

Steps to Address Salary Deduction Issues

First of all, draft a letter yourself and put it on the forum. The seniors will guide you if any changes or mistakes need to be rectified.

Secondly, when the company issues memos, why have you not responded to all those memos and instead waited for the salary to be deducted? Not responding to the memos is also liable for punishment.

Last but not least, don't expect others to spoon-feed you.
