I am working in a top E-commerce MNC in a non-tech email support role and also pursuing my MBA in HR. Currently, I am in my final semester and will complete my MBA by the end of May 2014. I would like to know about HR courses (Kronos) that have a huge demand at present. I have 5 years of work experience in a support role and would like to move to the HR domain. Please suggest the best courses in HR that have high demand and can offer good salary, as well as good institutes offering these courses in Hyderabad or distance universities.
