Looking for the format of the ESIC Inspection Book under regulation 102-A

I am looking for the format of the ESIC Inspection Book under Regulation 102-A. I have searched everywhere but couldn't find it.

Kindly send me the format if you have it.

Hi Ravi,

There won't be any special format for this. You cannot find this format anywhere, not even in statutory legal bookshops. It is the inspection observation to be written by the inspector; this is called Form 103 under the ESI Act. Just buy an ordinary 80 or 100-page small-sized notebook. On the top of the first page, write "ESI Inspection Handbook (Form 103)." This is just a register where the ESI inspector will write his remarks.

1. Sir, the ESI Inspection Book (though not having a prescribed proforma) is generally available at leading stationery bookstores that supply such registers to be maintained under various labor laws, including the Factory Act. You can confirm the availability of the same from such stationery stores in your city.

2. Otherwise, you can adopt the method as suggested by Sh. R. Sudharji in his remarks as mentioned above.
