Basically, for this, you have to check for references with any of your close aides. You can look for local ads in the local newspaper, giving more preference to the local language. Regularly be active on social networking sites where you can get references, like Facebook, Twitter, etc., where most of the people you are searching for have contacts. Some placement agencies, other schemes, through the internet, most likely references, can help you out. If any of your close or known people work in placement agencies, schools or colleges, or other local small sector companies, they can assist you. Try applying different methods with your best efforts, and surely you'll succeed. All the best.
