Can I Cash Out My Earned Leave After Resigning from My Job? Seeking Advice on Rules

I have resigned as Manager-Operations from a Private Limited Company after working for 4 years and 7 months, and I have 58 days of earned leave to my credit as of the date of resignation. Now, I would like to inquire whether those leaves can be encashed or not.

With regards to your query, I would like to say that you can encash your earned leave, but you must go through your company's leave policy. It varies from company to company.
