Recruitment costs are divided into two parts:
- For fresher = Food expenses + Transportation expenses + Accommodation expenses + Other miscellaneous expenses.
- For experienced candidates = Job portal fees + relocation costs + recruitment consultation fees + advertisement expenses + Relocation expenses + (in the case of replacement - additional amount paid).
