Before anyone can give you any suggestions, you should first tell the members:
1. What industry/sector is your company working in?
2. What have you already achieved?
3. What are the short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals?
4. Are the initiatives for the company or within HR?
To help you on your way, the first question you have to ask (and answer) yourself is "What is the role of HR?"
