Stress Test - Xls Download

Dear All,
I am working with big Corporate as HR
My boss has told me that we need to conduct Stress Test among employees.
I do have some stuff but you all requested to help me out with Stress Test Samples ,ppt, or Excel format etc.
And pl also guide me how to conduct this stress test other then hard copy???
You all requested to give your inputs ASAP.
