This is Vijaya who pursuing MSW (HR) in the Madras School Of Social Work. Research Project is an integral part of the MSW curriculum. It provides a platform for us to study on the particular problem in our field of specialization. The researcher planned to do the research project in IT sector. The target group of the researcher is HR (60 Respondents) who is Hiring the Candidates. The researcher pledges a vow of confidentiality and gives the assurance that the data collected will be used only for academic purpose.
