Hi All,
I have some queries regarding the compensation during the Suspension, Termination, Lay Off, Lockout, Shut Down etc. Request you to please share your input on the same via referring the ID Act or Factory Act : -
1. Is a Employee entitled for Compensation during suspension period if he not found guilty ?. if yes, how much. Pls refer respective rule.
2. Is a Employee entitled for Compensation during enquiry period if he found guilty ?. if yes, how much. Pls refer respective rule.
3. Is a Employee entitled for Compensation during Layoff ?. if yes, how much. Pls refer respective rule.
4. Is a Employee entitled for Compensation during Lockout ?. if yes, how much. Pls refer respective rule.
5. Is a Employee entitled for Compensation during Legal/ Illegally Strike ?. if yes, how much. Pls refer respective rule.
