How To Save Tax For Employees?

Hi All,
I work as an accountant in a Engineering services company.
My employees keep on complaining that other companies gives lot of allowances which are not taxable so their tax outflow is less like electronic item purchase allowance and washing allowance.
Can any one of you share a list with me of allowances which gives them good Tax Benefit.

I don't think so as allowances to buy electronics are exempted. Ofcourse in any manufacturing industry if there is uniform system then washing allowance is exempted. Other thank those below allowances are exempted.
