Labour License Renewal Under AP Shops & Establishment Act - Reg

Dear HR Professional,
We are trying to submit the Renewal of Labour License under AP Shops & Establishment Act to Labour Office, Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam with following doc.s with guidance of Labour Office staff member (in last year).
ü Covering letter
ü Form –III
ü Treasury Challan
ü Name board photo in Telugu
ü Employees bank a/c no.s with bank name
ü PF contribution list
ü EISC contribution list
But, now they demanded to produce all the members of Appointment letters with above docs..
Pls share your’s valuable inputs with fact basis & your’s usual producer (reference of Act).

As per the list given by you, you are submitting. Okay, but in the list you are submitting, the contribution list of ESI and PF. By seeing that, all they are asking. So they have the right to ask because they want to know if they are under your contract or not. So make your list of contributions short and submit the letter of appointment or meet them personally. If you don't have all this, the labor department will show the way.

Will Vitman M work here in these cases? Will the act not work always?
