Please clarify the ESIC Ceiling and EPF Ceiling Wages.

ESIC: currently 15000/- and proposed to increase to 25000/-
EPF: currently 6500/- and proposed to increase to 10000/-

ESIC has been raised to 25,000/- by the central government, but the date of commencement has not yet been finalized.

You are correct, the present ESIC ceiling is Rs. 15,000/- and EPF ceiling is Rs. 6,500/-. As of today, there have been no changes, and there is no government order for any modifications. Despite what the paper cuttings may suggest, no order has been passed at this time.

Latest ESI ceiling is at Rs 21,000/- and PF is at Rs 15,000/-. The contribution rate for ESI is 0.75% for employees and 3.25% for employers.
