1. An employee drawing a salary of more than Rs. 6500/- per month, i.e., his basic salary is Rs. 12,000/- per month. What will be the PF deduction? The employer needs guidance on this.
2. Another employee drawing a CTC of 18 lacs per annum. How should his salary be structured to ensure PF statutory compliance?
