Esic Challan Not Found In SBI

We have deposited Esic chq.with online processed challan thro SBI but sbi told challan could\'t found in our system so get new challan or we will issue the DD since amount was already honoured. pls. suggest if any provision to get another challan for the same period

We have submit esi challan offline in icici bank ,but esi challan confirmation are not showing in esi portal,plz help me how we view confirmation
