EPF Advance Withdrawal

I am paying PF for the last 10 years. I had withdrawn PF for the first 3 years 7 years ago when changing companies. I want to withdraw PF in advance.

I have 2 options as mentioned below. Can somebody help me decide which is the better option?

I had purchased a site/plot 7 years ago. I am paying a loan against the property, but the loan is mentioned as a House loan only by the bank.

1. Should I go for Repayment of Housing Loan? However, all documents mention just the plot, not the house.
2. Purchase of site or plot

Please let me know which option is better.

Yes, you can get a loan, but you have to show the plot registration proof to the PF after getting the loan from the PF office. You can contact your company's PF department; they will help you.
