Followership, Future and Followership
Dear Seniors,
I've put some 100 hours of work into building and delivering that presentation as the core material of a seminar on 5th Oct. The integrated paperwork to elaborate on slide 40 "...exercise relationship responsibility" is also attached. The grid on slide 24 to 35 is also elaborated as an interview method (or to be exact "a stress interview").
The concept of followership is already internalized. But I still want to delve even deeper into it, which is why I'm requesting your expert opinions.
