Project Synopsis On Performance Appraisal

I am pursuing an MBA in HR (2nd year) and need to submit a project by the end of October. I would like to focus on the topic of "Performance Appraisal" for my project. Could you please guide me on how to prepare a synopsis for the project? Hi everyone,

"Project Synopsis" is the brief outline of the project report that will be prepared. The synopsis should be a maximum of 500 words. It should contain the following in brief:

I. Introduction of the Project
II. Introduction of the Company
III. Research Methodology
IV. Detailed Analysis of the Project
V. Conclusions
VI. References / Bibliography

A detailed analysis of all the above should be included in the final project report. I hope this will be useful. Any suggestions are welcome.

I wonder why you have left it so late when you should have known about the need to submit a project report months in advance. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects. The requirement of a synopsis depends upon the institution; some places a one-page submission will do.
