There is an amendment in eligibility. The below amendment I found in Rajkumar Hansdah's post. I am only updating you. Please check Rajkumar Hansdah's post.

REFERENCE: THE MATERNITY BENEFIT ACT, 1961 ACT NO. 53 OF 1961 1* [12th December, 1961.] Sec. 5 (2) No woman shall be entitled to maternity benefit unless she has actually worked in an establishment of the employer from whom she claims maternity benefit, for a period of not less than 1*[eighty days] in the twelve months immediately preceding the date of her expected delivery.

Two provisions in the PPT are outdated. Please correct them. It is on the number of days of work for eligibility of MB and on medical bonus.
