Dear Friend,

In order to withdraw the P.F. accumulations, one needs to submit duly signed Form 19 & 10 C (by both employee and employer) to the respective P.F. department. I have attached the same for your requirement. The following documents are required to withdraw the P.F. accumulations:

1) Duly filled hard copies of the aforementioned forms along with a canceled cheque.
2) Two one-rupee revenue stamps need to be affixed at the appropriate places on both forms and need to be signed across the stamp.
3) There are 5 signatures to be affixed at the appropriate places (please thoroughly review the attached forms).

Regards,
TSK

Dear Shallu,

We have withdrawn the PF amount for our International Worker using the same Forms (Form 10C and 19). If the International Worker has an account in India, then it is only possible. India has signed a Social Security Agreement with some countries. If your International worker falls under that category, you can withdraw the amount. Are you still contributing to the PF amount for them? You are exempted from contributing if the SSA has been established with the concerned International Worker's country.
