Recently, I have been selected to work as an Executive Trainee - HR at an Edible Oil Manufacturing company. In this role, it will be a generalist profile, with 80% of my responsibilities focused on IR activities such as Contract Labour Management, handling legal issues, managing wages and salary concerns, as well as addressing Labour and trade union matters. I was confirmed for this position solely based on my performance.
