Hey guys, I am Sheeba, and I'm working as an HR (fresher) in an international BPO. I really don't have an idea how to prepare an offer letter or appointment letter, so please help me prepare an appointment letter or offer letter for a front office executive and a customer service representative.

Appointment letters can be downloaded from HR sites for urgent cases, but you need to review its clauses and make alterations as necessary for your organization and designation.
