Give Me Some Tips About Payout From The Company

newrecruiter
Hi everyone,

How much should I charge the company as a recruitment agency? Please clarify whether the percentage amount should be calculated from the annual CTC or monthly.

I need the information urgently. Please help me out because I don't know the exact charge, and I think companies might be paying us less.

I thought joining this site would be a very good thing, but unfortunately, it's the worst site. The so-called seniors are useless here; they can't comment on a single thing. It's time to log out from here forever.

Dear Rohan,

It depends on the organization. Normally, it begins with 8.33%, then 10%, and then 12% based on the consultant's value.

Thank you.

Dear friend,

You have posted a similar query on another thread. You have already received good responses on that thread. https://www.citehr.com/462024-compan...rs-payout.html Please do not post multiple threads with similar queries in the hope that each query would be answered profusely. I consider your remarks very unprofessional and unethical. You can only request politely for answers; you cannot compel or bad-mouth others for not responding. Remember, a query has to be complete, and the person must furnish necessary information; members must find it attractive enough to come out with opinions and answers. Hope you will go through the language of your post again.

Hi,

Usually, a recruiting agency charges 8.33% of the annual CTC offered by the company to the candidates. However, some recruiting agencies classify it according to the level of the positions. For example, up to the middle level, they charge 8.33%, and for senior management positions, they charge 8-10%. It totally depends on your negotiation with your company at the time of the contract agreement.

Dear Rohan,

You posted a query on 1st June 2013 at 17:50 hours and expected an instant response on the same day at 18:19 hours (29 minutes after you posted your query). You grew impatient at 23:34 hours (5 hours and 44 minutes) and started showering compliments on the website and its users.

Despite this, the first professional responded to you on 2nd June 2013 at 10:02 hours (16 hours and 12 minutes) from the time you posted your query. I would reckon that the response was quite swift.

Please note that most of the users of this website are working professionals and try to squeeze in some time to respond to queries despite hectic work schedules. We are willing to lend a helping hand. But if you need responses swiftly, it is important that you post your query ahead.

Now, to respond to your query, companies generally pay 8.33% of the CTC, but depending on the seniority of positions, the payout may range between 12 - 15% of the CTC. The payment is normally made after 3 months when the new employee joins. In the event the new employee quits within 3 months, new candidates are referred without any additional fee.

Trust the matter is clear. In case you need any further clarification, please feel free to ask.

Regards,

Hello Mr. Kumar and Kannanmv,

I needed the answer to this question urgently because I am new in this business and have a chance to work with a very high-profile client. In order to check the working process before going for the discussion with them, I've posted the query twice. This is because I am new to this site and, looking at the discussions, I was trying to figure out the best phrase to catch someone's eye. Therefore, I posted the same query in a different way. Though my intention was not to get different views for my query, I know everyone here is professional and extremely busy. I don't have the spare time to post a query here and think that people will not notice and keep answering me. I hope you can understand my intention in asking the query in a different way.

Thanks for your answers. However, I would like to know one thing - what are the payout charges for a non-IT sector real estate company?

has also been answered in the other thread posted by you.

Please read the responses carefully.

"Normally in traditional sector and companies it is one month's salary; i.e. 8.33%."

When you are asking about IT sector; then "traditional sectors and companies" refers to Non-IT sector and includes Real Estate companies too.

Since you are in business; and that of Recruitment Consulting; it is expected that while dealing with others you should be patient; listen and be respectful to others. However, this is just a suggestion and not mandatory; and you are free to act the way you wish to. Your behavior does not matter to me; as I know it is an external manifestation of a person's attitude; belief system, and overall personality traits - on which I have no control; however; others responding to you may feel offended and hurt.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer, Mr. Kumar. I expected a good reply from seniors, though all I'm getting most of the time are their harsh words, which perhaps they use to show their superiority. However, I know that's not in my hands, as you rightly said: "it is an external manifestation of a person's attitude, belief system, and overall personality traits." But I think it's better not to comment if you don't want to; there's no need to display bossism as I'm not an employee here.

Thanks
