Organizational Structure For An IT Company

Hi all,
Could you throw some ideas on the organizational structure.
we have the hierarchy from proj Manager to trainee software engineer now. Now we r planing to have sub bands for each designation...
example... Developer -Band1(greater than Juniors), Band 2(Juniors), Band 3 (trainees)
Like wise for sr. developer, Leads, PMs also...
pls suggest me hw I can do this in a better way...

Hi Shailaja.
Even I had to plan & some how i managed to complete the task just yesterday. I just created the bands & not the chart. Once you have the hierarchy then it is easy to develop the chart.
