Please Help In Calculating The Salary Breakup Of Employees Whose Salary Is Less Than 8500/- Pm In Mumbai

I am facing problem in calculating salary breakup of team members whose salary is less than Rs. 10,000/- . Please help me in suggesting.

The CTC break up of Rs.10000/- p.m. is as follow
Component Amount p.m.
Basic 4000
HRA 2000
Coveyance 800
Medical 1250
Special All 1038

Gross 9088
PF 480
Esi 432

CTC 10000

You may remove conveyance and medical from the structure to fit in Basic.

Dear Heena Sain,
Set your according to local minimum wages, in order to that we can added those below component for the employees. Attendance Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Special allowance,etc..

You can take minimum wages amount according to your current industry. Its vary from industry to industry.
