i am mba 2013 april passed out.my specialization is HR
now i am searching for a job.
can i join as a hr recruiter or it recruiter?
is that recruiter job helpful for my career in HR field?
please help me choosing my functional area.

As now a days getting jobs are quite difficult I believe it is better to join as Recruiter. Even into recruitment many career development opportunities are there. If you really wanna be as Generalist then you should explore all modules of HR activities.
