Dear Anil, thank you so much for your encouragement and appreciate it a lot. Also I would like to thank you for your suggestion. I am sure it would work. We are arranging this MEETUP for the 09th time in Dubai in past couple of years. We have a googles group with more than 200 selected HR professionals from UAE (and GCC Countries) who are member of this googles group.

Important information such as surveys, position requirements, latest trends in HRs and updates on Career Certifications etc are shared to the registered members on this googles database.
The purpose of inviting HR professionals on the UAE Section of CiteHR Forum is to encourage budding HR professionals in UAE to be aware of the happenings of the group and be informed of the preparedness of their colleagues in UAE towards their commitment towards Continuous professional Development.
Social Networking, Job hunt or a job switch over, head hunting, Sales pitches are a strict NO to this group. We have maintained very stringent group norms making sure that the group members join the CiteHR UAE from strictly for personal Learning & Development. Focusing on encouraging fellow members to cope up with HR procedures, policies, latest trends and best practises
We are not in a commercial role, and as this group is formed on an informal level just for learning & development, sharing of knowledge and contributing towards self and the group, setting us apart from so many other Coffee & Breakfast events and to re-iterate the same objective, this section of UAE Forum on CiteHR helps us a lot and becomes and important learning zone.
As most of our members are expats and who are with full time roles in various organisations, we cannot arrange gatherings the same way which are very much possible in India. Considering the busy schedules and time constraints of our members, who find it difficult even for form fills-ups, CiteHR is like a Desktop tool for many of us, where we in some spare time peep in the forum and catch up on updates. For us, it’s a PDP (Personal Development Practise) rather than running a society or a social group. It’s just about spending couple of hours once a week to learn and gain additional knowledge.
Why am I writing such a detailed reply to you?...........Simple, just to re-iterate the objectives of this UAE section of Group Forum, because as I said, many people login to catch up on the updates!!
