Statutory Norms!!

Dear all,
Presently we are in financial year ending, we are revising the employees CTC package. for a past 8 months we are not engaged in PF & ESI contribution because the employees strength was low, but with in 2 months our strength gonna increase so we are in situation to enter in to statutory norms. I need to prepare a break up for PF & ESI.
Kindly help me out with from BASIC till ESI % value ... from where PF has to deduct,and how about DA?? DA Percentage???
Its very urgent ...help me out with this confusion..
