I would appreciate it if you could validate and let me know some of the new tax-saving elements in the Flexi basket apart from the following:

1. Medical Reimbursement.
2. Parents' Medical Insurance.
3. Books and Periodicals.
4. Telephone Reimbursement.
5. Vehicle Reimbursement (Sale/Leaseback).
6. Fuel.
7. Driver's Salary.

Please let me know the elements and also provide a nutshell summary of the policy.

You can add the following reimbursements for tax savings. You can assign grade-wise limitations to all employees. Please seek advice from a CA before implementing the reimbursement salary structure in the organization so that the CA can suggest the limits employee-wise.

* Attire reimbursement
* Helper reimbursement
* Vehicle maintenance reimbursement
* Medical reimbursement
* Books & Periodical reimbursement
* Residential Gas reimbursement
* Light Bill reimbursement
* etc.
