3. POA of signature authority
4. Form-XII (Register of contractors)
5. Fees as per manpower

If you are a contractor, you require:

1. Form- V from the Employer

1. RC is for you, i.e., PE, and not for contractors, as you mentioned in your query.
2. Kuldeep ji has provided a list of basic documents required to obtain RC and License. In addition to those documents, each state government has its own list of additional documents. For instance, some states require affidavits or undertakings from employers for specific compliances. Each authority follows a different procedure.

You have not mentioned the state where you seek RC under CLA? I presume you are in Delhi. If you are in Karnataka, there is a separate procedure in addition to the above, and the scheme is called SAKAL wherein we have to submit various authenticated documents. If in Karnataka, I can help you.
