My Company Is Registered Under Factories Act 1948 And Its The 1st Year In Maharashtra

Hi. I want to inquire about the late fee and date for submission of annual returns(Form 27). What is the penalty for late submission. Plz revert ASAP.

Why are waiting for paenalty ?
Please approach local / regional Factory office & file the returns..............

Date of submission of Annual return in Form 27 is on or before 10th January of each year. This is as per amendment 2012.
There is no penalty for late submission.
According to amendment 2012, you need to submit annual return electronically. You are also liable to submit monthly return in Form 27A on or before 10th of each month in respect of the preceding month.
