Stability Certificate Form 1A as per Factory Act is validate for how many years - Validity / Renewal?

How many years is the Stability Certificate Form 1A valid for as per the Factory Act? Do I need to renew it every year? Kindly guide me.

A Stability Certificate is issued by an Authorized Person in Form 1A with a validity of 5 years. After the initial 5 years, a new stability certificate is required. It is essential to verify the validity of the Authorized Person.

Stability certificate validity depends on rules; hence, it varies from state to state. In Tamil Nadu, the stability certificate is valid for 3 years, while in Kerala, it is valid for 5 years. In Andhra Pradesh, the stability certificate is issued once after the completion of building construction.
