Aptitude Test - Apptitude Test

My Directors would like HR to conduct an aptitude test for all interviewees, does anyone have a format of questions for such a test>

What's your company into--manufacturing or services?
Also, what Test you want to adopt/implement depends on what exactly you want the evaluate in the interviewees. Better be clear reg this aspect, after discussing with your Directors--else there is a chance that they may not be satisfied & YOU will be left holding the baby..so to say.
