EPF Withdrawal Problem ?

1.Is it possible to withdraw EPF without routing withdrawal form through company HR?I have done attestation of signature according to instructions.
2.Can they deduct notice period money from my PF amount.
3.After completion of 10 years(without any withdrawal clause) does it become mandatory to take pension?How to avoid it?
4.I have heard if you do a withdrawal in a financial year then you don't get interest for current financial year as interest is credited till last financial year.This interest is shifted to another a/c.What is the method to check & withdraw if there is any amount due to me if it is true?

i was terminated which was later converted to resignation & have wrongly claimed dues from me which i countered.what to do?I doubt they even sent my PF form to EPF office.My application got rejected twice by EPF when i applied on my own-but it was due to being incomplete & i dont know the exact reason as i haven't received their rejection letter even once.

How long does it takes to get the PF amount. I resigned from my company in August 2012,but still i didn't get the PF amount. I had filled all the required documents for PF at the time of resignation.
Please assist me.

use epfindia website(know your claim status).Usually it takes 2 months but official time frame is 3 months.Check whether your application has been rejected.Check with HR deptt or alternatively file RTI to know claim status.
