Incentives For Sales People

Hi All,
I am working for a IT company. I am in the process of designing incentive plan for our sales team who is into selling softwares and ITES services.
Please help me with few examples of incentive strutures.

I do not know the selling pattern and method of your company but when you are planning a incentive strategy for a sales person it should mostly be more quantifiable...
