What is good HR Practices?
What is an HR Manager?
What is his role?
An HR is a person who bridges the gap between Management and employees. He is always a person who cares for employees as well as for work. He keeps motivating attitude. He has two hands one to scold us when we commit mistakes and the other to make us understand the issue. A good leader if fire us in the morning at evening he comes with shaking hands because he hates only mistake in work and not make it a personal issue…
Sometimes people assign lower grade jobs to employees without taking them into confidence; here I must say that is very poor HR Practice and bad leadership. Whatsoever is the need of the organization if you do not convince employees and their HOD’s directly assign duties to them which is not generally supposed to them it creates dissatisfaction among them. I do not understand why people do such things and then say that they are very seniors and possess a lot of experience in HR field.
I would like to know other seniors views on such conditions?
Although I am in the field of training at plant for two years but witnessed so many wrong HR practices; so I also want to know is it the scene everywhere or limited to some companies only?
Do you think that talented employees get due recognition?
Warm Regards
