can you help me on how to make a resolution on how to change the bearer of a cheque to a new name?thanks a lot!

Are you asking for procedures/guidelines to follow in replacing the payee's name in check? Or is it just a simple correction of name that appears in the check where the correction of name due to typographic error would have to initialled / signed by the official signatory of the check?
