Leaves As Per Delhi Shops & Establishment Act

Hi everybody,

Leaves as per the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act, as mentioned in most of the books, are as follows:
- CL/SL: 12 per annum
- PL: 15 per annum

I would like to confirm this information. If there have been any changes to this rule, kindly let me know.

Which section or rule of The Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishment Act, 1958 specifies that we are to grant 12 annual leaves to the employees?

According to the information supplied by the Haryana Labour Department website, Section 14 regarding EL is as follows:

14. Leave.-
(1) (a) Every employee who has been in employment for not less than twenty days in a year shall be entitled to one day's earned leave for every such twenty days:

Section 14 of the act says so, please peruse the same and correct me if I am mistaken.
